FIELD DAY - FRIDAY, JUNE 23rd

We hope you'll join the fun.  Morning and afternoon volunteers are needed.

What is Field Day?  Groups of students will travel through a series of fun, simple event stations (shoe kick, tug of war, water balloon toss, candy guess, etc.).  This event takes place during the school day and cannot happen without many volunteers to oversee the stations.

Questions?  Contact Monica Bunker - monicakstewart@yahoo.com

Join the PTA or Renew Your Membership

Our Membership Campaign has ended for the year.

Check back here in August for more info on becoming a member of the SV PTA.

When you join PTA, you join a community that encourages student achievement and enriches the learning environment. We believe in building partnerships between our families and our schools.

Memberships are good for one year, so please be sure to renew each year.

Together we can make a difference!

school suppliesSCHOOL SUPPLY DONATIONS

The PTA would like to help off-set supply needs for our school.

Please consider donating the following items to the PTA for distribution to the school and/or classrooms: reams of copy paper, boxes of facial tissue, unscented wipes and hand sanitizer, highlighters, Flair felt tip markers, dry erase markers, 3 hold punch, large glue sticks, colored pencils, Post-It's any size (but mostly 3"x3"), crayons 24 count, resealable baggies sandwich or gallon size.

Donations can be placed in boxes located in some of the classroom wings or dropped at the front office.

VOLUNTEER HANDBOOK

Did you know that the Northshore School District has a "Volunteer Handbook" that all volunteers within its schools need to read  - even PTA volunteers?  The Handbook has fantastic information on how to conduct yourself while on campus and within classrooms, most especially a reminder about the importance of confidentiality.  Please click on this link to access the entire handbook.
